Living/dining-room.

Wood burning stove: (please use wood only.  here are lots more if you run out in the tack room of the stable block-help yourself! You can buy sticks locally at most shops but we just tend to search round the woods in the garden and pick up twigs etc., it’s more fun!)

Sofa bed: Just pulls out. Extra bedding in the hall cupboard

TV/Video/DVD Player: Selection of DVD’s. We are also members of the club in Easingwold. There is a membership card in this information pack. Please pay your own fines if late!

Kitchen area. 

Oven, Hob, extractor, Microwave, Integrated Fridge, Dishwasher. Washer & Dryer are in the store next to the garage. Help yourself.

Two bedrooms:

One double and one twin-bedded. Travel Cot available if required

Bathroom/W.C.

Shower attachment.

Services: Elec and full oil CH incl. Central Heating is timed 6.30am to 9am and 3.30pm to 10pm.
