Deposit Terms
When you book your holiday you pay a £100 deposit . If you book 8 weeks or less before the arrival date you must pay the total price on booking.

CANCELLATIONS

If you have to cancel please remember that a contract exists between you and us. We will try to re-let your cancelled accommodation but your deposit may not be refunded.

It is our policy that, should the accommodation not be re-let, you are liable to 30% of the total charges if you cancel within 28 days of the start of your visit, 60% within 13 days and 80% if you cancel within 48 hours.

 
OTHER

Pets: Sorry, one of our Children is allergic to dogs so we don’t allow pets.

Smoking: We would appreciate you going outside to smoke. In all cases, please do not smoke in the bedrooms.

Public Transport: There is a regular bus from Crayke into Easingwold and York. For more details call Reliance Bus Services on 01904 768262.

Breakages: These happen, but we would appreciate you letting us know. We will only charge for fair replacement.

Refuse: please put all refuse in black bags and place in black wheelie bin next to garage.

Leave the A1 at junction 45 and travel east towards York. After around 10 miles, turn left off the A64 at the junction with the A1237, signposted Harrogate. Take the 2nd exit at the roundabout and follow this road. Go straight on at the next 2 roundabouts and turn left at the 3rd roundabout, signposted A19 Thirsk. Follow the A19 for another 10 miles until reaching a roundabout and take the 2nd exit to Easingwold. Follow the road into the town and take the right hand turn, adjacent to the Costcutter supermarket (signposted Crayke).

Proceed through the Market Square (keep the bandstand and Town Hall on your left) and out of the town. On entering Crayke (2.5 miles) turn left at the T-junction, signposted Helmsley. Turn left again at the crest of the hill, adjacent to the Pub and proceed to the top of Church Hill. Crayke Castle is the first house after the Church on the right hand side. Pull into the driveway and park outside the front door. We will direct you to you accommodation.
