Parking: Please park in the spaces next to the garage.

Gardens: Please feel free to use the gardens and outside furniture adjacent to the ruin and the tennis court.

The Ruin: This is a Grade 1 listed monument and used to be the service quarters for the original owner’s (Bishop Neville of Durham) entourage. The ruin is not a safe play area, so please do not enter or climb on it.

BBQ. Gas fired. Instructions in the file.

Tennis Court: Racquets and balls in summerhouse next to the court. Please replace them after use.

Games Room: With table tennis table, bats and balls and pool table.

Shops: There is a small deli in the village pub, The Durham Ox. There is a full range of amenities in Easingwold (2.5 miles)

Laundry Room: Auto washer and dryer.
